myPOD

myPOD is an innovative range which introduces a new philosophy in viewing the environment dedicated to the office space. Since the very beginning of its name Personal_Office-Desking, myPOD expresses a projectual creative and dynamic idea, which is aimed to obtain intelligent and personalized space. It expresses “friendly” thinking, which overcomes fixed and pre-determined schemes and moves towards the users emotional sphere.

WORKTOPS
Melamine tops: Manufactured from 28mm furniture grade chipboard. Textured fabric effect melamine coating in either anthracite or beige finishes or a smooth plain white finish. They are provided with bushes pre-fitted for easy assembly.
Lacquered tops: are manufactured from 28 mm thick furniture grade chipboard, in a high gloss lacquered finish, polyester brushed. They are provided with bushes pre-fitted for easy assembly.

METAL STRUCTURE
Varnished structure: it is made using a flat metal profile 60x10 mm and it is completed with a set of connecting metal bars. Structure finish is epoxy powder coated : white or anthracite.
Chromed structure: it is made using a flat metal profile 60x10 mm and it is completed by a set of connecting metal bars. Structure finish with epoxy powder: satin-finished chrome.
The structure is equipped with adjustable feet and polished chromed cover cylinders.
In the shared structure a standard carter for cable management is available, with access to allow for cables to pass through from inside. The carter is made in the same metal sheet and finished to match the structure.

MODESTY PANEL
Melamine: manufactured from 20 mm thick furniture grade chipboard, melamine coated in the same finish as the tops. It has support brackets for fixing direct to the tops and chromed studs to enable the panel to be reversed so it can be fitted with the shaped profile left or right hand

CHEST OF DRAWERS AND MOBILE CREDENZA
The structure is manufactured from 20mm furniture grade chipboard, melamine coated in anthracite finish. The tops and the front panels are in the same finish as the executive and operative desktops.
They are fitted with spinning casters.
The pedestal has a metal frame on a bearing-sliding guide and can be partially pulled out. A lock for multiple-drawer locking system is fitted in the top drawer.

STORAGE UNITS
The inner structure, is finished in anthracite and is manufactured from 20 mm thick furniture grade chipboard, melamine coated and it is equipped with 25 mm thick shelves.
The common glass doors are provided with a profile in anodised aluminium with 4 mm thick tempered glass “stop sol”.
Melamine: the wooden doors, the plinths and the side containers are made in 20 mm thick furniture grade chipboard, melamine coated with the same finish as the desktops.
Lacquered: the wooden doors, the plinths and the side containers are made in 20 mm thick furniture grade chipboard, in a high gloss lacquered finish, polyester brushed with the same finish as the desktops.
Storage unit’s size: H.900, 1600, 2060 mm

ACCESSORIES
Partitions, contoured shelves – left and right-handed – and container boxes are manufactured in 8 mm thick methacrylate in charcoal finish, satin on both sides.
Cable management inspection system for the desktops in the shared workplaces: it is made with extruded anodised aluminium endowed with a flexible sheath for the cables management.
The handles are in die-cast aluminium, chromed finish.
360 ° adjustable lamp with chromed stem, white finish. This can be attached direct to desks by means of chromed clamp or by means of a plate fitted under the desk for the shared workplaces.

CABLE MANAGEMENT
The horizontal canalisation is achieved by a metal plate varnished in epoxy powder in anthracite finish, to be connected directly onto the desktop.
