Are you complying with the DDA "Disability Discrimination Act" 2005 (principally the DDA 1995). The DDA applies to all employers and everyone who provides a service to the public, except the Armed Forces. The reception area has an important role to play here and should be designed with the DDA in mind. Lower counter tops, wheel chair access and easily readable information are all DDA approved.
