Frame system
The relations desk concept is based on an easy-to-mount frame system consisting of leg elements and a central rail on which the desktop supports are mounted. The central rail and desktop supports form a support framework, to which the desktop is bolted. The dimensions of the support frame vary with the width of the tops.
Leg frame
The leg frame consists of an angled foot element made of diecast aluminium
and a telescopic steel leg. The height can be adjusted on a 10 mm grid using
the lockable foot disk without the need for tools. The leg frames are bolted
to the central rail.
Desktops
Two different desktops are available:
>25 mm three-layer chipboard coated with melamine resin in a single
colour or one of several decorative wood effects (substrate compliant
with EN-312-2003, top surface compliant with EN-14322), 3 mm ABS
edging on all sides (either in the top colour, dual colour silver/black or
decorative multiplex option).
>25 mm three-layer chipboard with high quality crown cut veneer surface;
(substrate compliant with EN-312-2003), 3 mm veneer edge on all sides,
surface with high quality, extremely durable DD lacquer coating.
Veneer is a natural product. It is important to remember that the surface is
subject to colour changes depending on the type and composition of the
wood. Light changes the colour of all types of wood. Natural differences are
not a reason for complaint but proof that the material is genuine.
Desktop gloss and reflection levels have tested DIN EN-14323 compliant
with the exception of the pure white melamine finish, the veneers black ash
and white ash, beech in walnut varnish, oak in wenge varnish and walnut.
Class E 1 chipboard only is used in manufacture.
The relations desking range has been designed to comply with DIN EN 527-1,
DIN EN 527-2, DIN EN 527-3 and DIN 4554 standards.
GS Test Certificate
The relations workstation line is GS test certified by the German
Administrative Employers’ Association in Hamburg.

Relations
Modern, elegant, full of character in every detail – a stylish table with angular legs. Height adjustment from 620 mm to 850 mm allows for great versatility. A choice of polished or powder-coated frames in white, white aluminium or anthracite. The sturdy, parkable folding table creates space. All models, including the folding table, are available with castors.
