Urban Office Interiors formed in 2005 with the vision of supplying modern design-led high quality office furniture products within in the UK. Over a decade later, you can find the same core team with many new likeminded additions, knee deep in workspace layouts & top-end office furniture doing what we do best; designing workspaces & supplying modern & contemporary office furniture projects all-around the World.
What we do
We are office furniture dealers & fine ones at that. We source, design, specify & supply high quality modern furniture to the projects requirement. But that's not all! We also design workspaces by collecting data from our clients. We also work closely with interior designers & architects, Design & Build teams & end-users with their innovative workspace projects.
How we do it!
Obtaining a clear brief is vital to all workspace design projects no matter the size. The clients brief allows us to understand why a need for change or space is required allowing us to specify the right course of action. We also need to discuss budgets; is finance required & what are the possible tax savings. Deadlines are also very important; what are your expectations of timeframes based on an office design or made-to-order furniture? Our project managers can look at your current workspace, it's culture & get to know & understand how your company works. Then, its time to have some fun exploring workspace concepts & furniture ranges & we encourage visits to our suppliers showrooms who have setup conceptual working environments to stimulate further questions & explore ideas. Finally, we arrive back to your original brief, make the necessary changes & the workspace design & furniture specifying begins.

Everyone – the World is small. Primarily we work with end-users, interior designers, D&B fit-out teams & architects. We have worked with governments from around the world, charities, educational centres & other office design companies within the industry. Urban Office has a wide reach & we have built up relationships in almost every corner of the world; if we cannot assist you, then we probably know someone that can. Our furniture design services have reached neighbouring countries to relief work in third-world countries. Design has no boundaries.

Office furniture showrooms
On many occasions we suggest a showroom visit so the client can see the quality of furniture they are buying in to & also see example mock-ups of workspace trends. We have several partner showrooms located around the UK which you can visit, with most being located in London. We have more partner showrooms located in Bristol, Chippenham, Huddersfield & Manchester.
Finance your workspace
Hire purchase or Finance Lease is a great cost effective way to purchase the workspace of your dreams, or simply reduce the burden on cash flow. Either way, it's a great way of achieving the space you want, whilst keeping the cash within your business to spend on other important aspects or just to keep in the bank! Not convinced?
