Precision Manufacturing & Craftsmanship
The journey of a Bob Room begins with precision engineering. Once your bespoke design is finalised, CAD data is sent to our CNC machinery, where timber frames are accurately cut to form the structural panels. These modules are then hand-finished by skilled craftsmen who integrate the necessary electrical components and apply high-performance acoustic foam for superior sound attenuation.
Depending on your aesthetic and functional needs, panels are either expertly upholstered in your choice of fabric or fitted with toughened glazing. Every pod undergoes a rigorous quality inspection at the factory before being flat-packed for transit. Our specialist installation team then completes the assembly at your premises, delivering a seamless DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) experience that minimises onsite disruption.
