Glazed Meeting Pods From 4 Up To 8 People

The se Cube Max is a large, sound-reducing office pod system for meetings, workshops and video conferences. Sound reduction reaches up to 32dB, giving enough privacy for sensitive discussions, client calls and training sessions within an open-plan office.

Technical Wall & Control

One wall of the Se Cube Max is always a closed technical wall, finished in sound-absorbing panels. It houses a touch display for controlling lighting, ventilation and colour temperature, along with a presence detector and connections for power and device charging.

  • Touch Control Panel: Adjusts lighting, ventilation and temperature settings, with presets that can be saved and copied between pods.
  • Power & Charging: Built-in sockets and USB-C charging for laptops and devices.
  • Acoustic Surface: The technical wall is finished in a sound-absorbing material to improve the room's internal acoustics.

Acoustic Performance

Sound reduction is tested to DIN EN ISO 11957 and reaches up to 32dB(A), enough that conversations inside are typically not understood from outside in normal office noise conditions. Actual performance on site depends on flooring, how many sides are glazed, and the interior fit-out.

Ventilation

Fresh air is drawn in at floor level and stale air is extracted at ceiling height, giving constant airflow without a noticeable draught. Ventilation is controlled automatically by a presence detector with built-in temperature and CO2 sensors, so air quality is managed without any manual input.

Flexible & Accessible Design

The se Cube Max's base-free design means it isn't fixed to the building structure, so it can be placed on raised or heated floors without extra groundwork. There's no door threshold, making the pod wheelchair accessible and easy to move with transport trolleys.

    Presence Lighting. A glowing LED line (red or blue) around the pod exterior indicates whether the Se Cube Max is occupied.

    Lighting Options on Demand. Adaptable lighting setups for different uses:

    • 1. Meeting Lighting Setup: two LED panels mounted at the centre of the room, positioned perpendicular to the technical wall.
    • 2. Workshop Lighting Setup: 4 to 6 dimmable LED luminaires (depending on room size), flush-mounted and evenly spaced in the ceiling.

    Whiteboard Walls. Wall panels can be configured with writable whiteboard surfaces on both the interior and exterior, and swapped without tools. A screen can also be mounted on the technical wall alongside a whiteboard panel.

    Doors & Glazing. Doors open inward and close with a magnetic seal. Glass is laminated safety glass with an acoustic interlayer.
